Octopus Communications is led by founder and strategic director Lisa Arnold. She has been working in the Swiss communications landscape for over 15 years – including roles as Head of Content at a leading agency, as Head of Communications and Office of a national association, and as Social Media and Content Manager for the federal administration. In these roles, she has led complex communication and change projects for federal offices, energy providers, transport companies, NGOs and SMEs, developed campaigns and systematically built communication competence within teams.

Lisa Arnold combines analytical precision with a clear understanding of people and organisations. She structures demanding projects, aligns teams around shared goals and fosters empowerment and diversity – whether in workshops, leadership coaching or in supporting restructuring and positioning processes. As a trainer and lecturer – including for the Swiss Federal Office of Personnel – she shares her expertise in public-sector communication, leadership and content development.

Her professional foundation is a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a focus on organisational communication from ZHAW, complemented by numerous advanced trainings in social content creation, multimedia storytelling, facilitation, monitoring and social media management.
